TOOLCAD SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

These license conditions constitute the agreement between Mechanical Design Tools and its collaborators and
the licensee. These conditions apply to the above software. The terms also apply to any software-related services
or updates, unless accompanied by different terms.

IF YOU COMPLY WITH THESE LICENSE TERMS, YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHTS SET OUT BELOW.

• INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.

The licensee may:
o Install any number of copies of the software.
o Use the software with limited functionality for free.
o Use all the features of the software, subject to the acquisition of a license and only during its
validity period.

• SCOPE OF VALIDITY OF THE LICENSE. The software is not sold, it is licensed. This agreement grants you
only certain rights to use the software. Mechanical Design Tools reserves all other rights. The license
duration is specified to the licensee during the purchasing phase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensee may use the software only in the ways
expressly granted in this agreement. In doing so, the contractor must comply with any technical
limitations in the software that allow him to use it only in certain ways. The user will not be able to:

o Work around the technical limitations in the software.

o Decompile or disassemble the software, or otherwise attempt to get the source code of the software.
o Use the software contrary to the law.
o Share, publish, rent, lease the software or provide it as a standalone hosted solution for use by third
parties or transfer the software or this agreement to any third party.

• CONDITIONS FOR SPECIFIC COMPONENTS.

Third Party Components. The software may include third party components with separate legal notices or
governed by other agreements.

• TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES. The licensee may use the services of technical support by sending their
support requests to support@mechanicaldesigntools.com.

• ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement and the conditions governing the use of the supplements, updates,
Internet-based services and technical support services used by the licensee constitute the entire agreement
relating to the software and technical support services.

• APPLICABLE LAW. This contract is interpreted according to the Italian laws on software protection.

• TERMINATION. This Agreement will remain in effect until all licenses expire or until the free version of the
software is uninstalled.

• LIMITED WARRANTY. Mechanical Design Tools warrants that the software will be free from defects and will
function in accordance with the documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the
product. Mechanical Design Tools does not warrant that the software will meet the user requirements or that its
functionality will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any Internet tools or services will be completely secure.
Mechanical Design Tools' sole responsibility and your sole remedy under this warranty is a commitment to do

your best to repair or replace the Software, only for the licensee who purchased a license. If repair is not possible,
Mechanical Design Tools will refund the purchase price paid for the license.

Exceptions. Mechanical Design Tools limited warranty is void if the breach of warranty results from (i)
accident, damage, misuse or neglect of the Software; (ii) actions or omissions that cannot be attributed
to Mechanical Design Tools; (iii) combination of the Software with products, materials or software not
provided by Mechanical Design Tools or not designed to be used in conjunction with the Software; or (iv)
the user inability to integrate and use any Software updates made available by Mechanical Design Tools.

• PRIVACY POLICY. The free version of the software does not collect any user information. As for the full
version, for registration and use of the license, the software automatically saves the Windows user name
and computer name on a server. This data will be processed as specified on the link
https://mechanicaldesigntools.com/privacy.

• LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND INDEMNITY. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations relating to the
download, installation and / or use of the software. The user releases Mechanical Design Tools and its
collaborators from any legal procedure, complaint, liability for damages or actions derived from or related
to the use of this software.
