Dated 23-08-2022:-
1. Hard copy provided to Commercial manager-TSECL as revision in few clauses of
SBD Part-III for distribution infrastructure work under RDSS,
2. Hard copy provided to commercial manager, TSECL for making necessary
modifications as per their requirements/ practices in the form of SBD overview,
3. Utility has been decided that, “District wise tender will be floated in Tripura state”,
4. Firstly, the Tender will be floated for the West Tripura District, And as per
performance of bidders participation, TSECL will decide and plan for floating of
other districts tender,
5. GIS Mapping and Assets tagging point should be included in the brief under
description of work part in the tender,
6. EMD/Bid Security value should be added in the SBD,
7. As decided in the meeting, Completion Time of Loss Reduction work should be 24
months,
8. As discussed with commercial manager, District wise NIT Enquiry document has
been prepared by PMA.

Dated 25-08-2022:-
1. As per TSECL requirements Civil works to be added in work description,
2. Sign board description should be added in the SBD as well as in BOQ,
3. Pipe Earthing should be min 2m long as proposed by TSECL,
4. As per TSECL Requirements Brief description of scope of works provided in NIT
Enquiry,
5. Unbalanced or front-loaded bid explanation has been discussed with TSECL team
and added in SBD,
6. District wise cost calculation provided in SBD for qualification requirement,
7. Bid capacity of contractor clause-3 added in SBD Part-I with available bid capacity
formula,
8. Performance of prospective Bidders during last seven years under TSECL clause as
39.2 added in SBD Part -I,
9. In SBD Part-I clause 31.2 (d) added as assessed bid capacity for contractor.

Dated 26-08-2022:-
1. DLP as discussed and decided by TSECL will 36 months and latent liability period
will be 5 years,
2. DLP period will be calculated from the issue date of work completion certificate,
3. All the bond that bided is supposed to provide to the employer should be in Rs 20
non-judiciary stamp paper,
4. Clarification of Signing of contract agreement with L1 and L2 Schedule of TKC,
5. Form 22- 1(A), Form22-1(B), Form22-1(C) and Form 23 Prepared by PMA added in
SBD.

Dated 29-08-2022:-
1. Indemnity bond should be added in part I SBD,
2. Overview of Scope of works provided in SBD Part-II as per client requirement,
3. TSECL has decide for single order of Supply and Erection Part issue to TKC,
4. Capacitor bank description shall be changes in SBD Part-III as per client
requirement,
5. Hard copy of drawing in AutoCAD format provided to utility by TKC added in SBD
Part-III,
6. Description of materials modified in SBD Part-III as per employer’s requirements,
7. Modification of contract forms done by PMA in SBD Part-3.
