Narrative Report

The Psychosocial First Aid discussion started on August 22, 2022 with 22 male and 28 female
participants. The first module of PFA was given and started with expressing emotions. They students
expressed their emotions and ideas about the topic. Module 2 was given on the second and 3rd day. It
started by helping them identify their actions in coping with stress and whether they were healthy or
unhealthy. Activities about reframing thoughts were given.

During the 4th day, Module 4 became much more enjoyable as students colored their own kites and
compared themselves with the kite/saranggola.

The PFA provided students with informative topics that will help them cope with anxiety during
the time of pandemic. After the whole PFA, there were no identified students that needed help or
intervention.
