EVENT NAME: PROMOTIVITY

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
In this event you will come up with a manually drawn
advertisement or promotion about a product or service from the given
topic.
ACTIVITY OUTCOME:
▪ You will be able to come up with a unique promotion about the
product.
▪ Testing your creativity level in marketing & promotions.
▪ Enhancing your level of content creation.
▪ Creating a unique colorful poster.
ACTIVITY AGENDA:
▪ You are allowed to pick a topic from the lot and to discuss about
the topics for 10 minutes with your team members.
▪ After discussing, you will be heading towards designing the poster.
▪ Time allotment for designing poster will be 30 minutes.
▪ Once you finish designing the poster you will be asked to submit it.
ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Chart Papers.
▪ Stationaries needed for drawing.
RULES:
▪ There shall be 4 participants in a team.
▪ Participants are not allowed to use mobile phones or laptops and
should not communicate with other team members during the
event.
