Manager Features
Reporting:

1. Log in to Kazoo using Single Sign On.

2. Navigate to the Insights tab.
3. Choose Reports from the drop down menu.

4. Set the date range for the data you would like to see in your report. Click the drop down to pick a
custom range.
5. Choose the type of report you would like to run from the list provided and click Generate Report.
6. An email will be sent to you once the report is complete.

Note: A manager with indirect reports can view the whole organization or filter on only their direct reports.

See Upcoming Milestones:
1. Log in to Kazoo using Single Sign On.
2. Navigate to the Insights tab.
3. Choose Milestones from the drop down menu.

4. View a list of Anniversaries that are coming up in the next two weeks.

Notes:
• Managers will receive an email the day of an employee’s milestone anniversary (every 5 years).

• You can view upcoming birthdays here as long as the employee chose to make their birthday
public.

Additional Information & Features

❖ Update Your Profile – You can add a picture, share information about yourself and choose to
make your birthday and/or your start date (anniversary date) private.
❖ Note: For birthdays, only month and day are sent to Kazoo.
❖ Keeping the dates public will allow other Kronites to see when your birthday or
anniversary is coming up.
❖ Making your anniversary date private will have no impact on you receiving a milestone
reward.

❖ Filter the Recognition Feed – The Recognition Feed will automatically show all recognition
within the platform. You can use the filters to see the most relevant activity on your feed.

❖ Follow a Kronite – Find the Kronite you would like to follow by searching for them in the People
section or by clicking their icon within the Recognition Feed. This will allow you to filter quickly
to see the recognition of those you work most closely with.
❖ Tip: Managers should follow their direct reports to receive notification when your direct
reports receive recognition.

❖ Notification Settings – Update your notification settings by going to Settings>Notification

Settings.

❖ Rewards – Points received within the system can be redeemed for items found in the Rewards
Catalog.
❖ Items vary in point value and are country specific.
❖ Items redeemed from the Rewards Catalog will be taxed based on local regulations.
