Classroom
To be teach students relevant subjects
and knowledge, skills, and virtues, as
well as shaping them into a well
mannered and respectable individuals
in the future.
To identify and tend to students'
individual needs. Devising lesson plans
and activities that will fill the areas that
student lack.
To be what the students need you to
be. Teachers are to be the students'
second parent, a friend, a mentor, a
shoulder to lean on.
Ensuring the safety of the students and
welfare.
Role of the Teacher
Community
To serve as one of the pillars of the
community, teachers are tasked with
the very important job of producing
quality ecudation in order to groom
individuals that will serve the
community in the future.
To represent the acadamic society to
the community.
To be the voice for the younger
generations and represent the interest
of the future generations in the
community.
To stay professional and uphold the
values of a teacher in public, which is
the virtue of bestowing knowledge and
values to anyone who needs it.
School
To become a respectable role model that
students can look up to, and aspire to be.
To ensure that the work place has an
harmonious atmosphere that promotes
acadamic environment wherein learners can
learn in peace.
To ensure a just and fair treatment for every
student that needs them. Accomodating
students is a teacher's number one duty.
Promoting and keeping professional attitude
towards co-teachers, as well as the spirit of
camaraderie and teamwork all to ensure the
welfare of the students' education.
