 What is TA?

Technology Audit is a method of investigation aiming at the evaluation

of :
§ the technology capacity
§ procedure
§ needs of an SME or an organization.

§ It is a method of identifying the strong and weak points through the

characterization and general assessment of the firms basic know how
( Marketing, management , finance, human resources , etc).

§ It is a process of analysis, which leads to concrete proposals( the

action plan)
 Methodology for conducting TA

§ There are no "Universal " standard for carrying out a technology audit.
