1. Initially Distributor has to place the Order of Solar DC Cables,

House Wires, Flat Submersible Cables, Earthing Cables,
Connectors and ACDB/DCDB etc. of amount INR 5 Lakhs.

2. From 2nd Month onwards, Distributor has to place order of

minimum 3 Lakhs/month and after 6th Month onwards, it would
extend to 4 Lakhs/month.

3. Every Year, Distributor has to order stock of amount 5 Lakhs to

renew its Distributorship Agreement.

4. Official Exclusivity: We will Appoint Distributor from 1 to 6 nos.

5. Direct supply for the WAAREE Project and supply to tender will be
not accounted for the exclusivity.

6. We will forward new leads to distributor of their respective areas.

7. We will support in marketing activities like Exhibitions, Road

shows, Presence of distributor on Website/Social Media and Special
Marketing Portal in order to increase business.

8. Provision to count portion of share in turn over even after providing

special discount on Project.
 9. Onboard Cable & Wires on Ecommerce website and authorize
distributor can execute the order of their region.

10. Minimum Target of Distributor: Rs. 35 Lakhs/ Year.
