Our client is a leading ticketing company with direct clients that include Major League Baseball, National Hockey
League, major arenas, and large performing arts organizations.
They are located in Costa Mesa, California, with regional offices across the U.S. and around the world, including
Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia. They have a diversified client base, including Major League Baseball, National
Hockey League, major arenas, large performing arts organizations, and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games.
Information about the project
This project will help fans search and explore global live entertainment tickets and they are looking to create a more
engaging experience for fans, starting with ticket purchasing.
Their other product is a technology platform that provides ticket inventory and customer service management tools
along with the ability to handle high volume demand experienced by their 1,000+ clients worldwide. This platform
also allows their clients to white label their ticketing service.
Responsibilities
● Formulates user preferences and aligns them with business objectives.
● Collaborates with internal and client teams and contributes recommendations.
● Communicates openly, confidently and effectively with clients and internally.
● Constantly seeks to reduce friction in the client experience and delivery process.
● Proactively aligns work effort with project timelines.
● Offers ideas, information, suggestions and expertise to others on the immediate team.
● Foresees potential challenges and proactively makes recommendations to reduce risks.
● Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate
your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
● Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s
standards.
● Plans and implement new designs
● Optimize existing user interface designs
● Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
● Create prototypes for new product ideas
We’re looking for an UI Designer, with the following qualifications:

● Experience working with distributed teams and clients.
● Good written and verbal communication skills (in English).
● Obsessive focus on details and accuracy of final deliverables.
● Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
● Excellent HTML, DHTML, CSS, and SVG skills are required.
● A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience and relevant, graphic designs.
● Detail-oriented individual with the ability to maintain and meet schedules.
● Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
● An outstanding portfolio of detailed page schematics, functional specifications, interaction flows, site
maps, navigation systems, and wireframes.
● Excellent visualization skills with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
● Understand the importance of flexibility and the balance of speed and quality.
● Excellent organization skills.
● JavaScript experience is a plus.
