Lead Management
1. Lead Creation
1.1. Webflow
Webflow will be integrated with the CRM using Zoho flow to capture website leads.
1.2. Manual lead addition
The sales team can add leads manually.
1.3. Inclusive Gateway
1.4. Lead Created
Lead is created through all the above sources.
1.5. Email Validation
Once the lead is created, email will be validated using mailfloss.
1.6. Lead scoring based on available details
Once the lead is created, a WhatsApp message is sent to the lead through AiSensy.
The customer responses are mapped back to the fields in the CRM and the lead scoring is done based on the
data points captured.
Based on the available details, leads will be scored.
1.7. Lead assigned to sales
Leads will be assigned to the sales team based on criteria.
1.8. Call
Leads will be created through inbound calls as well.
1.9. Chat, Email
SalesIQ and email are also the lead sources for lead creation

2. Lead Qualification
2.1. Parallel Gateway

Once the lead is created the sales team can make outbound calls through Exotel.
2.3. Inclusive Gateway
2.4. Follow up activites
Other forms of follow-up activities like email, meetings and other activities can be performed by the sales
team.
2.5. Lead qualification
Based on the information, the lead will be qualified.
2.5. Lead disqualified
If the lead is disqualified the reason is captured and the respective lead type is updated.
3. Lead Conversion
3.1. Convert lead to account/ contact
The qualified lead is then converted to an account/ contact manually.
