 Recommended materials:
1. Half of skein nako Paris brown color (5520)
2. Half of skein nako Paris white color
3. Some red, white (62), green colors (52) yarnart jeans
4. Some white yarn alize softy
5. Some brown color yarnart jeans (for nose and horns)
6. Some orange yarnart jeans (for snowman’s nose)
7. Toy stuffing
8. Size #2,25mm crochet hook - clover or 2.0 mm
9. Tapestry needle
10. Buttons
11. Safety eyes 12-14 mm
12. Some black cotton yarn for embroidering

mr – magic ring
ch- chain
sc- single crochet
inc- single crochet increase (crochet 2 sc in 1 stitch)
dec- single crochet decrease (crochet 2 sc together)
sl st-slip stitch
4 sc tog- 4 unfinished sc crocheted together
hdc- half double crochet
dc- double crochet
BLO – back loops only
 Legs:
Legs, body, head, arms are identical for both toys.
Start with red color for snowman, green – for deer.
Align marker by the middle of back side
1. 11 ch, from the 2nd ch from the hook crochet: 9 sc, 3 sc inc (crochet 3 sc in 1
stitch), continue into the unused loops on the opposite side of the chain: 8 sc ,
inc (22)
2. inc, 8 sc, 3 inc, 8 sc, 2 inc (28)

5-8. 36 sc, cut insole and place inside (it is possible not to use insoles)

Use boot color for snowman and
alize softy for deer
 Body:
On the 2nd leg crochet 6 sc from marker, on the 1st leg count
6 sc counter clock wise, insert marker.

Make 5 ch from the 2nd leg and connect 2 legs (sl st) in the
place where you inserted marker.

Continue working around. The beginning of the new round now –

the place of connecting 2 legs.

Change yarn color to red (then alternate colors as you desire)

 Decorate muzzle:
Face sculpting.

Embroider lashes and eye brows as pictured

Sew muzzle close to eyes and sew nose.
Embroider nose line.
Tint snowman’s cheeks (pink soft pastel)
And embroider red mouth
 Scarf:
I made red scarf (snowman) and green
scarf - deer

Pick up 6 ch, from the 2nd ch from the

hook crochet: 5 sc
Then work BLO until you get the length
(~ 22 cm = 52-54 rounds) you desire,
turn the item and make ch in the end of
each round.
Tie and decorate (I used buttons)
 Hat:
Red color
Pick up 4 ch , from the 2nd ch from the hook: 3 sc
Then crochet BLO until you get length you need, make ch and turn the item in the
end of each round.
Measure head of your toy first.
I crocheted 55 rounds~ 23 cm
Sew both parts and then work around.
1-3. 55 sc
Attach green yarn and alternate – 3 rounds red, 2 rounds green.
