HOUSE CLEANING AGREEMENT

ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT both executed on this _____ Day of ___________________, 2020

BETWEEN

____________________________, a legal age, with having an address at ------------------------------------

City hereinafter called the “OWNER” (which expression shall unless it be otherwise repugnant to the
context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include her heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns) of the FIRST PARTY.

AND

FIASMMS Contract Employment & Construction Services, represented by Cristopher Javido, as

Operation Head, having an office at Pacific Grande 1, Brgy. Gun-ob, Lapu-lapu City, hereinafter called
“CONTRACTOR” (which expression shall unless it is otherwise be deemed to mean and include his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns ) of the SECOND PARTY.

Agreement for Services

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY wishes to engage the SECOND PARTY to provide services in the area
of house cleaning (as hereinafter described);

AND WHEREAS the SECOND PARTY wishes to provide such services in the area of house cleaning;

NOW THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. The FIRST PARTY agrees to engage the SECOND PARTY to provide services and the
SECOND PARTY agrees to provide services to the FIRST PARTY upon and subject to the
terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

2. The term of the SECOND PARTY's engagement shall be for a period of commencing on
, and terminating on .

3. The SECOND PARTY shall provide all the materials and perform all the work as set out in
attached Schedule I, and as described hereunder.

The SECOND PARTY shall:

a) Provide and pay for all labour, implements, tools, machinery, ladders, and all other
equipment necessary for the execution of the work, that being the cleaning of the house;

b) Perform all her duties and responsibilities in a professional workmanlike, and competent
manner;

c) Complete substantially all the work by the day of .

4. The FIRST PARTY covenants and agrees that he/she shall:

a) Pay the SECOND PARTY in lawful amount or the materials and services aforesaid,
PHP (P );

b) Pay the SECOND PARTY a deposit of PHP (P ), to be applied to the total sum

owed by the FIRST PARTY to the SECOND PARTY. If due to the fault of the FIRST
PARTY, the SECOND PARTY is unable to complete the aforementioned work, the
FIRST PARTY shall forfeit the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient compensation for
the work already performed by the SECOND PARTY, the SECOND PARTY reserves
the right to sue the FIRST PARTY for any such discrepancy or deficiency;

c) Pay the SECOND PARTY PHP (P in full (less the deposit if already paid) on
completion of the entire work by the SECOND PARTY;

d) Be responsible for the removal and safeguarding of articles of property he considers

valuable, in the rooms where the SECOND PARTY is performing her work;

5. No representations or warranties have been made by the SECOND PARTY to the FIRST
PARTY, other than those expressly stated in this agreement.

6. The SECOND PARTY shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the FIRST
PARTY to his property in the area where the SECOND PARTY is performing her work or
handling her materials, where that loss or damage is due to the FIRST PARTY's failure to
remove or safeguard his property in the working area of the SECOND PARTY.

7. In the performance of the work, duties and obligations in any way connected with this
Agreement, it is acknowledged and agreed by both parties that the SECOND PARTY shall be
and at all times is acting and performing as an independent contractor and shall have full and
exclusive control over her provision of services to the FIRST PARTY hereunder, including the
hours during which the SECOND PARTY shall provide her services and the manner in which
her services shall be carried out.

8. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between the parties, and may
not be amended or modified in any respect, except by a subsequent agreement.
