36.-40. Is the Senior High School a boon or a bane for the Philippine educational system? Why?
For me, K-12 is a boon and everyone believes so. It is beneficial in other countries thus
it is immediately believed to be beneficial in the Philippines and for Filipino students and
families. With k-12 or the extended two years of education of high school students, they
will have a deeper understanding and knowledge of any subject as they would spend
more time learning the principles, theories, philosophies, or formulas of a given subject.
It can also help the learner to check and decide which course they can take in college.

41.-45. Describe in detail a significant cultural tradition in the Tayabas Western Academy.
For me, the significant cultural tradition of TWA is their punctuality. They will start the
program whether the speaker or the visitor has arrived or not because in TWA time is
very important. Next is when we say TWA the first that comes to my mind is the 3B’s the
Brain, Bearer, Builder in which they are notable in competing during the events that
happened in TWA especially foundation day. The said school is also very considerate
with all the students especially in paying our obligations. Lastly, TWA is a very good
school for education courses, they produce excellent and competitive professionals not
only in the country but also outside the country.

46.-50. Identify the theories that are applicable to the organizational structure of a school.
The theories of organizations include bureaucracy, rationalization (scientific

disadvantages when implemented.
