don upload der own online , Clearance don start like dis.

This post is made to provide full guidance and ease the stress for processing clearance for final year
students of Polyunwana both ND/HND.

::NOTE:: Due to areas to be covered, this post is long , if you be lazy person abeg just throw eye commot.

✓The Clearance according to the school management is slated to kick start once your Second Semester
Result has been uploaded to your student profile, it will run during office work hours.

✓The possiblity of completing the whole process in a single day is slim due to registration of new
students is still on going and as such extra budget should be made .. LEGGO

👉All proof of payment made to your department ( Departmental receipt ,ND1&2 or HND1&2)
👉All proof of payment made to the institution ( Acceptance , School fees, Alumni, Convocation, SUG
with remita where applicable)

👉All semester result print out from your student profile (both first and second semester for all sessions)

👉School id card

👉Library card

👉A copy of Grave Mistake book (300 naira)

👉A copy of Spiritual and common sense approach to life's problem. (500 naira)

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 MAIN CLEARANCE🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

✍️First place to Begin once you are ready to commence the clearance, is your Departmental office (HOD
office) , all proof of payments that had been made will be requested for , Dem go check say you no get
any carryover remain and you no dey owe dem before Dem give you clearance form for department.

✍️On the clearance form given to you by your Department, it has all the offices you'll have to be cleared
by ( signing,stamp or Both) , these include;

✓Hostel ( them go sign on paper like this give you) weda you bin stay for hostel or not , you must clear
here.

✓Guidance and Counseling, located at New Lecture theater Hall B upstair

✓Alumni, located at Old lecture theater, by your left downstairs (you'll present alumni proof of payment
made 4,500 )

✓Libary (Dem go need ya library card here )

✓ICT, Upstairs

✓Sports ( Located after Medical center , like say you dey go staff quarter side)

✓Student Affairs, located at the admin block ,room 9.

Documents need here are ;

•School I'd card

•SUG Fee for both sessions

•A copy of Grave Mistake book (300 naira)

•A copy of Spiritual and common sense approach to life's problem. (500 naira)

•Hostel clearance

•Sports Clearance

✓Busary, located at admin block (you'll present , your result print out and all payments proof made to
the institution , it's best you make photocopy of all )

✓Exams and Records (Na last place me this)

✍️You go pay Money for Certificate via remita come verify am ,. (5k minus remita oo) you go change am
to receipt like you bin do school fees payment.

✍️You go verify your acceptance and school fee remita AGAIN with dat man for admin weh get that
signature of life.

✍️As I arrange the office for up na how e go reduce stress as the offices dey based on their location one
by one.

✍️Exams and record na the last place to enter, documents weh you go carry go there na ;

✓Completed clearance form (after busary)

✓Re Verified Acceptance, Convocation, School fees RECEIPTS and REMITA.

✓All your RESULT print out

✓Photocopy of the above documents pinned on side and also the original.

The original documents na your own, na only photocopy Dem fit collect.

✍️When you reach Exams and Records , if your result don ready e go dey inside one of that your three
file weh you bin submit and Dem go give you am, if e never ready Dem go play you tape how e dey be .
