 II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFFS

Manager

They manage the activities of travel-related companies by planning, organizing,

directing, and controlling them. They also coordinate and directs staff activities.
Overseeing not only day-to-day tasks but also the hiring, training, and evaluation
of employees. They may also conduct research on new products and venues.
Frequently by visiting them and personally experiencing the services.

Secretary

They oversee arraigning travel for their boss and/or other staff. They are usually
responsible for monitoring busy executive’s schedules. As well as their trip plans
and ensuring that all arrangements are made.

Book Keeper

They are in charge of keeping track of a company’s financial operations. Including

purchases, expenses, sales income, invoices, and payments. They enter financial
information into general ledges which will be utilized to generate the balance sheet
and income statement.

Cashier

They are responsible for processing cash, debit, credit, and check transactions
using a cash register or other point-of-sale device. They balance the cash register,
make change, record purchases, processes return, and scans products for sale
among other things.
Utility Personnel

They are in charge of cleaning and maintaining the company’s facilities and
equipment. Their responsibilities include maintaining firm facilities, repairing
damaged equipment, inspecting completed projects, and adhering to state health
and safety laws.

Travel Counselor

They counsel clients on travel options and tour packages, make reservations and
bookings, print tickets, and collect payment. They enjoy traveling and have
