Solubility Clear solutions in organic solvents and in fuels. Almost insoluble in


water.

Application

Keropur 3689 is a multipurpose additive for gasoline. The additive


package is based on BASF’s unique polyisobutene amine detergent
which is combined with synthetic carrier fluids.
Keropur 3689 efficiently controls and removes vehicle intake
system deposits.
Furthermore, the fully synthetic composition of Keropur 3689 helps
to control the formation of combustion chamber deposits.

In addition, Keropur 3689 contains a very effective corrosion


inhibitor which protects tanks, fuel lines and carburetors against
corrosion.
The dosage of the additive package depends on the severity of the
gasoline and the keep-clean / clean-up requirements.

Storage Stability Keropur 3689 is stable under normal storage conditions for at least
one year.

Packaging Keropur 3689 can be delivered in bulk or in IBCs.
