The Purchaser has been entered into Purchase agreement thru Purchase Order for procuring of different grades of cement from Seller as per the P.O Dt --------- and abide by all terms and conditions mutually agreed between them. Purchaser has agreed to compensate for any loss caused to the beneficiary, by virtue of violation of any terms and conditions specified in the P.O Dt------------, or any amendments, modifications in the said agreement, by the Purchaser.

Pursuant to the aforesaid Guarantee, Bank hereby convenient with the Beneficiary that in case the Purchaser violates any terms and conditions specified in the agreement Dt-----------, or any amendments, modifications in the said agreement, and thereto any loss caused to Beneficiary, We --------------- (The Bank) shall on first demand by beneficiary pay the amount to the beneficiary not withstanding any dispute that may be existing between the beneficiary and purchaser.
