• I would be required to work with clients/customers either through a voice or non-voice medium
depending on the nature of my work.

• I would need to interact with customers across different Time Zones. My shifts will be dynamic and could
include morning, evening or nights shift depending on the schedule that is assigned to me.

• This opportunity requires me to work 5 days in a week and allows 2 days off which may not be
consecutive and may not always be on weekends (Sat/Sun).

• Normal working hours shall be 9 hours per day and 45 hours per week including applicable intervals for
rest. The Company may also request for extended hours depending on client/business requirement from
time to time.

• I have understood the role and responsibilities as explained to me by the Hiring Manager during
interview.

• I confirm that I am currently not enrolled in any educational courses/professional programs that would
have an impact on my work schedule, I also do not have any plans for further studies in the next 6
months.

• I can avail leave only after successful completion of 3 months with FIS, leaves are subjected to a leave
application and approval from my Manger/Process Leader.

• I confirm that to best of my knowledge , I am fit to perform all the duties that may be assigned to me by
FIS from time to time and incase I come across a situation where I feel that my physical or mental
condition may affect my working at FIS ,I would declare at the earliest.(In case you have any medical
history that you think may affect your work at FIS, please share the details)
