STRENGTHS IN WORK:
Abbie was always positive and happy to be in our classroom. She quickly developed relationships with the students and they
were excited to see her each week. She naturally joined in with them during free choice and treated that time as an opportunity
to help them and extend their learning. Her personality and enthusiasm carried over into her interactions with the students and
they loved being with her. She has a natural ability to teach, even in more casual settings. I would highly recommend her to
anyone - she will make a wonderful teacher!

SUGGESTIONS FOR GROWTH:
Although Abbie did a wonderful job in my class, I would always encourage future teachers to learn as much as possible about
classroom/behavior management as possible. Having a firm understanding of how to organize, arrange furniture and the
schedule, interact with students, and prevent negative behaviors can make all the difference when it comes to teaching the
curriculum.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
I would love to work with Abbie in the future - she is an absolute natural with such a positive outlook!

RECOMMENDATION TO CONTINUE IN THE Highly Recommend: consistently outstanding quality work
