Graduating students usually have a variety of options to contemplate. To help you with this
process, you will need to complete each of following sections of the Transition Plan, which will
hopefully allow you to better understand the path that interests or most interests you to follow after
graduation.
• Post-secondary education or training (You’ve already completed most of this research with
your PSI Research Assignment)
• Travel / Gap year
3) Finally, complete the section called: Working full-time and living on your own.
4) Submit your Transition Plan online through Teams before the deadline (December 9th) and post
your completed Transition Plan to your CLC Portfolio Page on your website.
