1. Briefly discuss the important considerations before converting the drawing to pdf file.

Before converting a drawing into a PDF file, you must first finalize your
drawing and then adjust the settings according to your preferred paper size. You should
also align the drawing in the middle of the paper, as well as the template of the paper,
in order to have your desired output when turned into a pdf file.

2. What is the importance of converting dwg file to pdf file?

It is crucial to convert a dwg file into a pdf file so that it won't be altered
while printing. If a file is not converted to a PDF, it may adjust when it is moved to
another device, causing the result to differ from what you had anticipated.

3. What is the importance of scaling the drawing to different paper size?

It is essential that we align the scale of the design to our intended

position first before turning it into a pdf file as the size of the drawing may change when
moved to another paper size.
