User is getting this error when opening embedded Word and Excel Files: ITSC Ticket 554009

Solution:

Set the Value Data to ".xlsx" reference from "xlsx_auto_file" to "Excel.Sheet.12”

For Word:

Change the value data to “.docx” reference from “docx_auto_file” to “Word.Document.12”
