SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, Rodolfo Valerio Ursal, of legal, Filipino Citizen and resident of
#86 Sct. Ojeda St. Roxas District Quezon City, do hereby constitute,
name and appoint Myla Gumayan Ursal, likewise of legal age, Filipino
citizen, and resident of #86 Sct. Ojeda St. Roxas District Quezon City
and whose signature appears below, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact to do the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:
1. To deposit to and withdraw from my Savings account #

in whatever form and manner, and in such amount as my attorney-
in-fact may deem appropriate or necessary.

4. To make, sign and execute any and all documents to effect the
foregoing acts and deeds.

5. To receive, claim, any replace of my ATM Card.

6. For and in consideration of BDO Unibank, Inc. (BDO) giving due

course to this special power of attorney, I hereby undertake and
agree to indemnify and/or hold BDO, its officers and staff, free and
harmless form any suit, claim, expense, damage, or liability that
BDO, its officers and staff, may incur suffer through, or in
connection with the acts of my said attorney-in-fact. This special
power of attorney may be revoked only by notice in writing signed
by me, delivered to and received by BDO but will not affect
transactions entered/executed by my said attorney-in0fact prior to
its revocation.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact

full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to
be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
and confirming that my said attorney shall do or cause to be done under
and by virtue of these presents.
