PROJECT HOTEL PROCESS

An informative guide for project owners

1. Determine the lodging requirements for the team for


the duration of the project. Compute for the
anticipated total number of room nights to be booked
per week at the hotel for the entire team. Then
multiply the number of total room nights per week by
the number of weeks spanning the duration of the
project.
2. If the total number of room nights will exceed 70
room nights, complete and submit a
Project Hotel Request Form.
