The meeting convened at 3:07pm, Professor LeCompte presiding and Maria Fernanda Pabén Gulliani secretary. All students attended ‘except: Kevin Rivera and Javelyn Serrano. Minutes of the August 15, 2022, and August 22, 2022, meeting were approved after Gs Matters Discussed: _ 1. Professor LeCompte started with free writing exercise. The question was “If you could keep only one memory what would it be?”. Two students volunteered to read their writings. 2. ‘The professor discussed the assignment of writing an introductory sentence and a warnings te mausctay Infi.clos 3, Professor LeCompte explained the elements that must be included in the technical instruction. Then ‘an exercise was done in pairs to make a Venn diagram with three types of mousetraps. 5, Students had to complete two assignments. Professor Le Compte discussed the topic of Free Writing with the purpose that students develop \writing fluency. The frofessor gave a topic and the students had to write what was going through their minds ina giveh time. Three students read their writings. 2, The Frofessor introduced students to the Portfolio Project, ‘She highlighted some sections to be included in the portfolio: + Sample of three Free Writing exercises ‘+ Sample of Minutes + Vocabulary section 3. Professor Le Compte talked about a technical document called Minutes. The meeting convened at 3:00pm, Professor LeCompte presiding and ‘Alejandra Negron Martinez, secretary. All students attended except: Javelyn Serrano. Approval of Minutes: Minutes of August }7,2022 were approved after corrections. 1. Professor Le Compte announced to the students that the place of meeting will change to the room MTC-1 3 Np 2. The professor gave an overview of the special project that students must complete during the semester called Progress Report. She highlighted the following sections: 1a) Is part of the digital portfolio, but they will be graded separately b) B& technical document. ) Students will complete service hours (eight hours) at Atabey Garden, conference, or donation, but it must be part of the Colision Estudiantes Pro-Agricultura (CEPA) 4) One report per team. The professor discussed that the progress report should explain what the goal of CEPA association is and how dae coptnpute tothe plan ofthe association 4, Professor Le Compte let students choose their team for the progress report project.
