Things to do:

1. Check and ensure the last mail sent about the changes in operations are being
implemented
2. Regularise the processes and strictly follow those only.

Recruitment:

1. Update the recruitment requirement list and create job opening for all those in hr one
and in clickup.
2. For now, who should make job opening, and who should approve?
3. Ensuring the JD is ready and interview questions, tests are ready (repository)
4. Creating the posters for various portals
5. Job posting in various portals
6. Collecting resumes from various portals and storing in Google drive under each
designation (New resumes/screened/social media screened/iQ conducted/mbti
conducted/technical round done/ Face to Face done/offered/rejected)
7. Attach the drive link of all the resumes in clickup and complete the resume screening
and social media screening, and say why its not fit in comment.( we use clickup only for
screening)
8. Screened resumes from both screening will be added in HRone and continue the
interview process. (candidate)
9. Screening in HR one recruitment module is meant for IQ test and MBTI. rest comes in
interview stage.
10. Mention all the steps to be done in HR one.
11. Manage the resumes folder based on the stages of interviews.
12. Define who is responsible for every stages and every activities.
13. Define how many resumes to be collected for screening, how many days required to
recruit.

Help Desk:
1. Many tickets are open and un addressed, write the process for help desk, and follow the
same.
