MINUTES OF MEETING WITH SCHOOL PLANNING TEAM ON CRAFTING

OF SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

June 3, 2019
San Julian Elementary School faculty and staff together with the School Planning Team
are determined to improve and develop the school to its optimum performance with a heart.
Hence, a meeting with the SPT is done last June 3, 2019 at San Julian Elementary School,
headed by the School Head, Apollo T. Ganay.

The vision sharing activity was participated by the following stakeholders, Barangay
Captain Wilfredo C. Pagaragan, Barangay Kagawad in –charge Froilan B. Bancifra, Artemio
Orzame, Alumni Preident Daisy Rodriguez , School Governing Council, Mercy Acosta and all
othrs concerned.

The following have transpired in the meeting:

There was an active participation in data gathering, was able to organized significant
data in different areas. Then we move on to creating the School Planning Team in the
realization of the SIP. Everyone expressed their willingness to accept their roles and
responsibilities as member of the team . Successfully planned specific targets on the
palnning of SIP, budgeting, curriculum instructional methods, alignment, technology and
violence prevention, staffing to allow flow of communication. Created committees on
different PPAs.

The School Head, Apollo T. Ganay , Comprehensively discussed the implementation

proper, post implementation and outcomes of the plan, its impact to come up on
assessment and evaluation after the monitoring process.

He also stressed that having competent pupils is not imposible if parents and
stakeholders together with the teachers go hand in hand in carrying out the PPAs of the
school. It is also important tha the teachers implement their PPAs specially in improving
pupils reading and numeracy abilities and effective assessment of its implementatiom in the
teaching-learning process.
