INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE EXAMINATION:

1. Attendance QR code will be shared in e-learning start from 8.00pm. Scan your
attendance before 8.15pm.
2. Questions for PAPER 1 will be released at 8.14pm and PAPER 2 will be released
at 9.00pm.

DURING THE EXAMINATION

• Start answering PAPER 1 at 8.15pm and stop writing at 9.00pm, you will be given 10
min for submission.
• Start answering PAPER 2 at 9.10pm and stop writing at 9.55pm, you will be given 10
min for submission.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a safe and quiet location for the
duration of the examination.
• This is an individual assessment. There should be NO discussion or collaboration
of any form with anyone. Any discussion among yourselves is prohibited.
Unauthorized use of online resources/software is illegal.

ITEMS REQUIRED FOR THE TEST

• The basic items/documents that you may need for the test are your pens, papers,
and calculator.
• You are solely responsible in managing these items ready to be used for the test.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ANSWER SCRIPTS:

• Write your name and section clearly on both answer scripts.


• Save your answer script as:
PAPER 1: Student’sFullName-Test2-Paper1-SectionNo.pdf
(eg. Ahmad Bin Hassan-Test2-Paper1-20.pdf).
PAPER 2: Student’sFullName-Test2-Paper2-SectionNo.pdf
(eg. Ahmad Bin Hassan-Test2-Paper2-20.pdf).
• You are required to submit handwritten solutions clearly on white A4 papers. (Use
one side only). You need to use a ball pen; pencil is NOT allowed.
• You are REQUIRED to submit your scanned answers in pdf format (ONE file for all
questions) through e-learning only.
• If you have problem during submission via e-learning, please provide the evidence to
your lecturer within the submission time. (e.g screenshot/printscreen internet
connection problem page), and you need to submit your answer scripts via email to
your lecturer within the submission time.
• Submission time:
PAPER 1: before 9.10pm
PAPER 2: before 10.05pm
• Late submission will be penalized: 1 mark for every 1 minute late.

ON CONNECTIVITY

• Since this is an online test, you are solely responsible for managing your
connectivity.
• However, if you experience any internet issues during submission, please notify your
lecturer immediately and provide the proof of internet problem.

Students who are found plagiarizing their work will be given zero(0) marks for the test, and
will be penalized based on Academic Regulations for UTM.
