    The survey found that the vessel GUANA loaded additional cargo at the Aratu Port in Brazil. Initial draft measurements found the vessel drawing 6.7295 meters forward and aft with 6.6770 meters amidships and carrying 15,184 metric tons of cargo. Final measurements after loading found the vessel drawing deeper at 7.3000 meters forward and aft and 7.2720 meters amidships, now carrying an additional 1,507 metric tons for a total of 16,691 metric tons of cargo. The manifested cargo was 12,000 metric tons but the actual cargo found on board was 12,778 metric tons, exceeding the declared amount by 778 metric tons or 206%.
