accordance with the terms stipulated by the Client Agreement entered into by opening a
Trading Account with Octa Markets Cyprus Ltd, and more specifically with all the terms
and conditions under clause 12, of the Client Agreement, as well as any other terms and
conditions issued by Octa Markets Cyprus Ltd from time to time.

that I have no pending withdrawals. I also acknowledge that any pending order(s) will
automatically be cancelled. Therefore, I do not have any financial and/or legal claim
against Octa Markets Cyprus Ltd whatsoever.
