1 EXT. CITY - NIGHT 1

The scene is opened to the front of a building, ADONIS stands

in front of it. The only light that illuminates the scene is
from the building and the flashing cameras.
ADONIS (V.O.)
What was her name? What was her
name?
REPORTER (O.S.)
Adonis, how do you feel about the
recent threat to your life?
Adonis snaps his head to look directly into the camera.

The production logo, Seducere Films, plays.

2 INT. OFFICE - DAY 2

Adonis is walking through an office, only his back is

visible. He waves at a COLLEAGUE after they have smiled at
him. He enters his office and sees his manager, JIM, and his
competitor, BAZIN, around a table.
ADONIS
What a surprise. Lovely as always to
see you, Jim. Carl, is it?
BAZIN
It's Bazin.
ADONIS

Right.
BAZIN
Congratulations on the promotion.
CUTS TO:

3 INT. OFFICE - NIGHT 3

Adonis is hunched over his worktable as he palms his eyes

aggressively. His computer illuminates his face and papers
are scattered throughout his desk.
BAZIN (V.O)
I guess they promote anyone these
days.

CUTS TO:

4 INT. OFFICE - DAY 4

BAZIN
(laughs)

Adonis smiles politely and looks over to his manager, who

returns a fake smile.

5 EXT. CITY - NIGHT 5

Adonis stands in front of a building. Only his back is

visible.

JIM (V.O)
You need him, Adonis. People are
going to kill for your position.

ADONIS (V.O)

Don't spew your concerned nonsense

at me. Do you have any idea who I
am? I'm untouchable.

6 INT. BAR - NIGHT 6

Adonis is at the bar, accompanied by MAGDALENA. She is about

to speak before Adonis stops her.

ADONIS
Hold that thought.

Adonis answers his phone.

ADONIS
Do you know what time it is right
now? Why are you calling?

JIM (O.S)

Sober up, playboy. Do you ever check

the news? Someone's just threatened
your life, it's all over television.

Adonis looks confused.

FADE OUT.

7 EXT. CITY - NIGHT 7

Various shots of the city are shown as they slowly turn black
and white. The credits 'From the director of La Femme Fatale'
is played over them in film noir font.

The borders of the trailer slowly close in.

FADE TO BLACK.

8 INT. ROOM - DAY 8

An old-fashioned radio is perched on a table, and a news

reporter's voice can be heard.
NEWS REPORTER (V.O.)
The following statement was sent
anonymously to a local precinct
earlier this week. The following
content is not suitable for all
ages.

You cannot run or hide, Adonis. You

will never know a breath of rest, a
moment's peace of mind. I will carve
you open. You know there is no such
condemnation as hell. There is only
me. You are a thing of wisdom, yet
you are not wise enough to fear me
as I should. I am coming for you,
Adonis, and I will not do it
quietly.

Clips of Adonis dressing in his attire are played, the

voiceover heard throughout it all. The clips are all in black
and white. The screen goes black for one second before he
speaks.

ADONIS
I am in my own proper atmosphere.

FADE IN:

9 INT. OFFICE - NIGHT 9

Adonis is hunched over a desk on his computer, hastily typing

away. Only his back can be seen as his screen illuminates the
scene.

CUT TO:

10 INT. INTERROGATION ROOM - DAY 10

Adonis is in the police station, accompanied by MADJA, a

detective.

ADONIS
Do you think this is all some
coincidence? Two murders, detective!
 5.

Two clips of two men are shown. The first man, ADEEM CHESTER
holds a cigarette in his hands before it cuts to a clip of
his hand dangled, covered in blood. The second man, VAIN
LESTER, sits around a table with a drink in his hand, several
already on the table. The clip cuts to his hand, dripping in
blood while the cup stains the floor.

ADONIS
It's not some coincidence they were
all partners of Bazin. Why didn't
you ever do autopsies? They were
both assigned to you!

MADJA
Do you think you can do my job
better than me? This isn't some shit
out of your movies. They were
coincidences. Everything about your
assumptions about the way you're
dressed is ridiculous.

11 INT. OFFICE - DAY 11

Adonis has set up an entire drawstring on his wall. The clip

is in black and white save for the red string, which connects
various pictures and articles.

BAZIN (V.O.)
It's normal to make enemies in this
line of business, Adonis. I'm not
one of them. Don't take all this
crap personally. If I wanted you
dead, I would have already killed
you.

The scene cuts to Adonis' confused face.

ADONIS
What did you say?

Bazin looks equally as confused.

BAZIN
I said if I knew who it was, I would
have already told you.

CUT TO:

12 EXT. STREET - NIGHT 12

Adonis is running across a dimly lit street, his heavy pants

can be heard along with the increasing footfalls of his
 6.

chaser.
BAZIN (V.O.)
You're just paranoid, is all. I'm
sure no one really wants you dead.

Bazin's voice can be heard over the scene of Adonis running

right before the screen turns black.

Adonis looks behind him to see and is met with nothing, and
the screen goes black again. When he turns back, his head is
violently hit to the side by an unseen but heard weapon.

CUT TO:

13 FILM TITLE. 13

The film title, Money Power Glory, is displayed in black and

white before glitching into color. The release month is shown
along with the production logo and age rating.
