WAPDA requires the services of an experienced and qualified professional
to assist as Land Acquisition and Resettlement Expert at Diamer Basha Dam
Project (DBDP) Chilas as per following details:

Resettlement • Adequate knowledge of
Basha Dam
Expert Land Acquisition Act of 1894
Project & other relevant acts.
Chilas. • Well conversant with
procedure of leasing of land.
• Ability to analyze & calculate
the crop compensation.
• Expertise in preparation of
assessment of damaged
buildings.
Age: Maximum– 62 years.

Tenure: -
• The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 01 year
extendable as per requirement of the
Organization / Project and satisfactory performance of the individual.
Mandate / Charter of duties: -
• To assist Project authorities in all land acquisition and resettlement matters.
• Liaison and coordination with land acquisition collector for timely
acquisition of land.
• To deal with land acquisition, land occupation / land compensation issues.
• To scrutinize / verify the award and compensation papers prepared by LAC
office.
• Preparation of paper of Section-4 & recommendations as land expert for
process of award.
• To scrutinize and recommend the land requirement as per tender
documents.

admissible.
