 Introduction:
Angel Ball Construction Supply is owned by Angelita Ballesteros. Its base is located in Brgy.
San Pedro Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Timeline for this case happened this year 2015.
How Angelita would detached her emotional aspect in business decision making whether to
pursue her current business or pursue other business?
The objectives are:
1. To integrate market factors and other emotional factors that could help the business owner
decide to whether or not pursue the current construction business.
2. To identify and anticipate the possible consequences of the owner's decision.
3. To measure the extent of responses by external and internal environment should a shift to other
business will happen.
4. To make final conclusion and closure to the relationship between Angelita and Hamilcar.

Background information:
- Angelita has a deep financial capitalization source where in angelita can make more
businesses from it as she worked from the financial company she can make her savings
good for so many businesses. But as she worked she can’t really find her worth in
financial industry.
- Angelita receives the adequate formal education when she is on her college and on her
junior high school. It’s a big opportunity to her fin so many work that she can find herself
doing it fun. As on the case stated that angelita can find her worth in everything that she
do so that she always finds more so that she ca fulfill herself.
- Angelita has family support. Her family is the biggest part of her life that’s why she
enrolled in good school and also supporting her throughout her life as she graduated until
she finds a good job.
- Trust and Confidence earned. This is one of the issues might angelita earned in the case.
Owing the fact that angelita has it all. Being a super visor in a big bank and also making
money in all most ways, but angelita has the biggest confidence from a supervisor and up
to an entrepreneur.
- Angelita is aggressive risk-taker. Because of having an bitterness in her life she was so
fast in making decisions quickly and I know she is a good risk-taker where in an
entrepreneur has this kind of ability and skills

Solution:
1. Shifting her business into drug wholesaling or hospital supply.

- Avoid the presence of ex-fiancée Hamilcar. – Lost of opportunities stated.

2. To grab the opportunity to win the potential top-rated contractor.

Advantages: Disadvantages:
-Additional sales of profit/sales. -Her anger to Hamilcar may get worse
-Possible opportunity to fix their relationship.
-Additional network in construction industry.

3. Do not entertain the offered contract by her assistant.

Advantages: Disadvantages:
-She can avoid the presence of Hamilcar. - Lost of profitable customer.
-She can continue having her business. - Lost of potential network in construction industry.

Recommendations:
One of the causes is her ex-fiancée Hamilcar. Due to this sudden re-appearance of Hamilcar her
ill feelings and frustration was revived. I strongly recommends that Angelita should continue
running hers and grab the opportunity that comes which stated in our Alternative Course of
Action No. 2. Angelita must ask for an appointment with Hamilcar to discuss business
opportunities. During this meeting, Angelita should detach her emotional state when discussing
business to take advantage of this rare opportunity putting forward the business agenda only.
Before the meeting, Angelita should prepare an attractive offer for the contractor containing
diverse options for a possible partnership.
Love life and business life are different aspects that you should not be affected by what or who
you are dealing with. If your attitude is to change a business again and again because you have a
bad time with that person before, and you are mindful of changing to another company, how can
you win your capital back? Try to consult a competent businessman before making decisions, so
that the money you spend will not be wasted. And as an entrepreneur, you should be professional
enough to handle situations like that because it's for your business reputation and its part of the
risk. Set aside your personal issues to your business life. Prove that person what you became and
your worth. Don't let your past ruined your present and future
