Firstly, heat the steamer until it’s steamy a lot. Cover the lid with a napkin. Line the
steamed sponge mold with paper cups.
Secondly, mix all ingredients except pandan paste until thick, for about 10 minutes.
Thridly, divide the dough into 2 parts. One part of the dough, add pandan paste and mix
well. One other part can be left one.
After that, pour the mixture alternately (between 2 types of green and white) into the
mold until it is full. Do it to the end.
Then, put the steamed sponge into the steamer, space between them. Steam over high
heat for 15 minutes. Lift and remove the cake from the mold.
