The components of pricing for FleetOptimo™ are:

1. One-time set-up and con guration ( platform, app & cloud)

2. One-time API Integrations ( as necessary)

3. One-time User Training (Train the Trainer). Price is per user per session of 3 hours - max 5 users per
batch

4. Usage Subscription of platform per van/truck (asset) per month (perpetual license option also available
with minimum monthly support hours )

Note:

• Recurring Cloud usage costs at actual (payable by Client directly to AWS) for EC2 Instance and RDS as
necessary.

• Minimum 3 year commitment for FleetOptimo™ subscription.

• Any API integration from Order Management system into FleetOptimo™ is chargeable extra
