Step 3 : Step 4 :
• ROV to connect rigging for each legs assisted by deck crane. • ROV to connect rigging for each legs assisted by deck crane.

Step 5 : Step 6 :
• ROV to disconnect rigging for spreader frame. • Raise up main block to slightly pick up slack on the riggings.

• ROV to connect rigging from deck crane and deck tugger. • Raise up the spreader frame supported by deck tugger and deck crane.
• Move barge slightly to clear main block rigging from spreader frame..

Step 9 : Step 10 :
• Deupend the frame by raising up deck crane hoist. • Once deupend, disconnect rigging by deck tugger by ROV
• Lift spreader frame to main deck.
• Proceed with lifting operation.

Step 4 :
• As the pulling sling is
being lowered into
jacket, ROV to grab and

Hang sling on the sling hanger

Once sling hang on the

hanger, ROV to disconnect
the ROV hook.

Step 5 :
• Slowly pull up the sling
into jacket while ROV
monitoring the path.
• Once the first eye arrive
near sling hanger
elevation, ROV to grab the
hanging wire and slot into
sling hanger.
• The sling weight can be
transferred to sling hanger
by lowering down pulling
sling.
• Once pulling sling slack,
ROV to disconnect the

Step 6 :
• Repeat sling hanging for
other side of the leg.
• Repeat the entire steps for
other 3 remaining legs to
be done as meanwhile as
practically possible.

Step 7 :
• Once all legs are pre-
rigged with the main
slings, lower down upper
legs sling.
• Make the hydraulic
shackle connection to the
hanging sling eye.
• Once sling eye is inside
shackle body, close the
pin hydraulically.

Step 8 :
• Connect ROV hook connection on the other side of the leg.
• Repeat the process for other 4 legs.
• If required :
• Upper legs rigging for other 3 legs are tied back to
connector plate first and only release when required to
make connection to lower leg sling.
• Tugger / crawler crane can be used to hold the
hydraulic shackle / rov hook so that it is easier to make
connection to sling eye.
