for shaft and plug assembly, First the En‐8 Shaft will be Shrunk Fit inside the C.I. Plugs,
This Shaft and Plug’s semi assemble will also be shrunk fit inside the pre machined pipe,
after this operation, entire Pipe and shrunk fitted shaft will be finally machining for
suitable for coating, after coating this roll dia will be 800mm. this roll also dynamically
balanced at 1000 rpm. One roll will be Micro Rock Coated and another will Rubber
Coated

Roll Bearing Housing : 4 set

The Roll bearing housing will be made out from CS casting, it will be fully respect to roll
bearing no. 23248 k and sleeve no. AH 2348, the both side end CS casted end cover will

Winding Section

01. POPE REALER 1 UNIT

The pope reel is constant nip‐pressure type.
The pope reel mainly consisting the following parts:‐

One set primary arm connected to 2 nos. specially designed to carry out
operation that is to engage tambour roll with main pope reel drum and to shift paper
roll from primary arm to secondary arm. The primary arm also provided with pneumatic
clutch which keeps the roll is position and also exerts pressure on tambour rolls for
initial winding.
One set of secondary arm connected to pneumatic cylinder for giving pressure to
the paper roll also to unloaded paper roll. A set of cast iron framing to accommodate all
the equipment
1 no Reel Drum is M.S. fabricated having faced 4100 mm and diameter 1050

02. HYDRO PULPER 8 M3 1 UNIT

The Hydra Pulper will have 10 M³ holding capacity and 8 M³ finish running
capacity, the Pulper Body will be made out from 12mm thk Sandwich Plate. The body
will be specially designed to get the batter and fast pulping, there will be a one segment
wall like big baffle, from the top of the body view
The Pulper Impellor will have Level adjustments to maintain the gap between
impellor and screen, Pulper will be CA 40 casted, the stuffing box will also be provide
right under the screen and impellor, Stuffing box will also be inside S.S. Cleaded, one
finish outgoing pulp line will also provide in this stuffing box., the entire Stuffing Box,
Screen & Impellor will fix on the Pulper Body,
The Impellor Drive shaft will be made out from E‐8 material, and will be driven
free through 2 nos. of Spherical Roller bearing and 1 no thrust Bearing., The entire Drive
assemble will be easy to fit & remove.
The Drive unit will be provide Water sealing arrangement, There are 2 nos. of CS
casting bearing will be Fix in the drive unit. There is a Split Bush type “V’ belt pulley will
also provide on the end of Shaft

03. POTCHER CHEST AGITATOR 2 NO’S

The Chest agitator consists of a C.I. main body and C.I. bearing housing bolted to
the main body. An EN‐8 shaft supported on two bearings inside the C.I. bearing housing

in the drive shaft of the agitator, At the bearing housing end of the shaft a V. belt/Felt
Belt pulley is provided for driving purpose.
The other end of the shaft is provided with an Impeller. The impeller can be
supplied in G.M., S.S. or C.I construction according to the requirement of the customer.
G.M. Bush and Gland arrangement is provided on the main Body for proper sealing of
the shaft Leakage.
A S.S. Sleeve bush is provided on the shaft portion, which is coming in contact
with is pulp as a measure to avoid corrosion. A C.I. ring is bolted to the main body which
is turn can be fixed in the concrete. The agitator is driven by a separate mounted electric
Motor. Size: 60m3

O4. HIGH DENSITY CLEANER 1 NO

The high density cleaner consist of one top part fabricated from S.S. 304 plate. A
tangential inlet nozzle and one vertical outlet nozzle is provided on this. The nozzles are
provided with secondary loose flanges for easy installation. Between this one conical
transparent glass is provided for viewing and controlling of the separation of rejected
from the pulp. This glass is fitted in a M.S. Chamber. This chamber is provided with a
tube light at the rear side which enables the clear vision of separation. At the bottom,
one S.S. reject collection chamber is provided with a quick operation bottom door for
draining of the rejects. This reject chamber also provided with viewing glass which ‐
Enables to see quantity of the reject collected, In between the separation zone and
reject chamber is done. The reject chamber is provided with one tangential water inlet
to control the separation of the equipment. The whole assembly is fitted to a M.S.
fabricated stand for installation purpose.

05. TURBO PLASTIC SEPERATOR (Inside S.S. Cleaded) 1 NO

The equipment consists of a conical shaped body fabricated from M. S. Plate
with one operating door. The door is provided with one light rejects. At the bottom of
the body, A heavy rejects collecting chamber is fitted Chamber for the viewing of
rejection a tangential inlet nozzle is given on the main body for the pulp inflow. An
accept chamber is attached to the main body for the Collection accepted pulp. This
chamber is provided with a nozzle at the top for getting accepted pulp and another
nozzle at the bottom for cleaning purpose. In between the accepted chamber and main
body a Screen made from 5 mm thk. S. S. 304 material provided.
The overall functioning og the equipment is done by a S.S 304 cast Rotor. The
shaft is mounted on 2 bearings in a C.I. bearing housing. A stuffing box arrangement
having equipment is driven by an electric motor thought “V” belt pulley.
Exclusion: ‐ Motor, Motor Pulley rail piping Valves and any other accessories.

06. VIBRATING SCREEN 1 UNIT

The vibrating screen consists of a M.S. fabricated screening through with S.S.304
screen plate having 3 mm diameter holes. Two in balanced weights are provided at both
ends of the shaft for attaining vibration.
The screening though is freely carried on 4 nos. coiled springs which rests on a
M.S. fabricated Bottom Vat. The bottom vat is provided with an adjustable partition for
Maintaining the level of the accepted pulp, the nozzle is provided on the bottom vat for
the collection of accepted Pulp. A shower pipe is also provided on the screening though
For washing off good fibers which adhere to the rejects, The bottom vat is provided with
hand holes for cleaning purpose.
The Vibrating screen is driven by a separate mounted electric motor by coupling
directly to the screen though flexible shaft, Fan Shower Included.

07. DECKER THICKNER 1 UNIT

The drum is made out of ring and rod design with C.I. spider rings at both ends.
The spider rings are centrally mounted on a shaft which is supported on 2 nos. bearings
with plumber block at both ends. Three middle rings are also C.I. one end of the shaft is
s provided with a Spur gear for giving of the Drum. Both end of the shaft is provided
with gland arrangements for sealing. The drum is driven by a pinion mounted on output
shaft of worm reduction gear.
Both eands of the vat is provided with a ring which is having the same diameter
of the end rings of the drum for fitting os canvas belt for proper sealing of Pulp. The
both ends plated of the vat is provided with nozzle for removal of back water. At the
bottom of the vat a drain nozzle is provided for cleaning of the vat.
A S. S. self cleaning showers is mounted on the thickener M.S. vat (Inside S.S.
cleaded) for cleaning the thickener drum mess continuously. One wooden baffle is fixed
on the drum to remove thickened pulp from the vat.

Approach Flow System

01. DISTRIBUTION BOX 2 UNIT

The Box is Distributing the Pulp in other section where is needed, the box will be
made out from S.S. fabricated, S.S. 304 4mm Sheet from inside This Box is uses for
maintaining constant level. The box will have three partitions.

02. FAN PUMP 2 UNIT

Approx, 600 M3 / hr X 35mtr head capacity Fan Pump /Pulp Pump works on a 1%
consistency, the pump having S.S. casted body with S.S. 410 Impellor, its comes with
Mechanical Seal for water sealing, The unit is complete with its accessories such like,
base frame, couplings, etc…

03. CENTI CLEANING SYSTEM 2 UNIT

The Centric leaner consists of a top cylindrical part made from S.S. 304 plate with
tangential inlet and one vertical outlet.
The outlet and inlet nozzle are provided with secondary loose flanges for easy
assembly. A middle cone which is also made from 5 mm thk, S.S. 304 plate is connected

to the top part. Below this, a S.S. casted cone is provided to resist the wear which is
occurring the casted cone though which the rejected particles are coming out. The
centric leaner are connected to the common headers though quick operating valves.
