Maximum Marks: 20 Marks

INSTRUCTIONS:
i. This is a group assignment and would be marked group wise.
ii. Each group comprising of 5 students would be giving a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) and a detailed report on
their assigned topics.
iii. Dress Code for Group Presentations is FORMALS.
iv. PPT: The duration of each presentation would be only 30 minutes total (25 minutes presentation and 05 minutes
question round).
v. Students are advised not to copy text from internet in the PPT slides. Negative marking would be there if
copied text is found in either the report or the PPT content. (You may take reference from the internet)
vi. Explain the allotted topic with help of real-life examples and present context, if applicable. Extra marks would
be given.
vii. Each member of the group would compulsorily give the presentation else he/she won’t be marked for the said
assignment.
viii. PPT Slides: No animation and slide transitions feature be added in the presentation slides. Negative marking
for the same.
ix. Write only in bullets and avoid writing long descriptive paras in the presentation slides. Negative marking for
the same.
x. Report writing: Maximum word limit: 5000 words or 10 pages (A4 single side), excluding cover page and
references.
xi. Make use of only one side of sheet and leave the back side plain, continue writing on the next fresh sheet.
xii. Use only Blue and Black pen. No coloured pens or sketch pens to be used.
xiii. Submit the assignment in spiral form only. No folders allowed.
xiv. Make a cover page of the report with the assignment details, group members names along with course, roll
no./admission no., subject details along with faculty details (A4 size B/W printed).
xv. Strictly avoid making assignment aesthetically pleasing by drawing and putting artistic things. It must be a
professional report and presentation.
xvi. This assignment needs to be delivered/submitted by each group within the said deadline.
xvii. Report must be submitted by each group on the same date as their presentation. No acceptance would be
entertained post that.
