Preparing the cubicles


for switchboard
assembly
GBM
: bolt+washer
: bolt+washer+nylstop nut

Remove the upper panel A1 and A2 to Remove the lifting ring B.

Swivel the angle bracket 90° to the left. Remove the front panel C and then the pallet
D (the bolts cannot be re-used).

Remove top plate E (4 bolts). Remove top plate F (6 bolts).

Remove the upper panel A1 and A2 to Remove the lifting ring B.


access the locking angle bracket.

Swivel the angle bracket 90° to the left Remove the front panel C and then the
pallet D (the bolts cannot be re-used).

Remove top plate E (8 bolts). Remove top plate F (12 bolts).

Assembling the
switchboard
Checks before switchboard assembly:
Check that the partitions have been correctly
installed in accordance with the switchboard
configuration (for GBM and GBC A cubicle
only).

1 6 mm male hexagonal (Allan) fitting or

Tightening torque: 28 Nm. Tightening torque: 28 Nm.

Fitting fuses in a
protected phase
to-earth voltage step-down
transformer

(for GBC A3 and GBC B3 cubicles only)

Remove the plugs protecting the fuse Connect a wire to each of the current

Reassembling a GBM
cubicle
Use the nuts and bolts previously removed,
taking care to fit them in their original
locations.

Refit top plate F and then top plate E. Caution: Make sure that nothing has been
inadvertently left in the busbar compartment.
Refit the front panel C and then Swivel the
angle bracket 90° to the right.
