primarily from Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), MEDCOM, and Region
Health Command Central (RHC-C) and the 1st Armored Division Commander or

and assigned tasks and provided guidance to staff offices in response to urgent
and routine requests for information and recommendations on issues of plans,
