This drastic adjustment greatly influences the operation of justice system that affect the life and liberty of the people. In this case, one appropriate strategy in accordance to the provision of Bill of Rights is the equipment and utilization of technological and digital dockets in courts. Personal access to courts is strictly compromise whereas the fees that are given to the process of trial can be substituted to upgrade internet connectivity and stabilization to provide an effective and accessible court hearings. This implementation can take a proactive role to the courts in the Philippines in following protocols while giving and administrating justice to the Filipino people. Also, since numerous numbers of people have already equipped technology, this can enlighten the LGUs or Municipal Halls to provide a credible equipment that can be used by the citizens in hearings. ‘This strategy can be ‘¢ some issues that arises from detention centers to practical and efficient since they courts, particularly in criminal cases. Moreover, the cost of litigation will be lessened since the access to courts will be provided through technology such as videoconferences and other modes of technological equipment. This will be helpful, open, and poverty will not be a hindrance in access to courts.
