 ABSTRACT
The summer training entitles A SUMMER INTENSHIP TRAINING IN
MAHENDRA PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED AT COIMBATORE -45. I have recently done my
SUMMER INTERNSHIP TRAINING IN MAHENDRA PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED, in which
I got training fromeach of its department. The internship basically revolved around the knowledge in
the Human Resources and marketing department area. In this report I have given very brief review of
what I have seen during ourinternship I have mentioned all these as I have made an internship as per
theschedules.
I also mentioned pumps(motor) products. I have discussed about that learning in the
internship that is all about the process of the customer satisfaction through employee benefits and
orientation behavior
