Laissez-faire Leadership – In this type of Leadership Style Leaders


generally allow other team members to make the decisions. It is also
known as Delegative Leadership. It is directly opposite to Autocratic
Leadership as in this leadership style the Leaders make few decisions
and allow their team members to choose the appropriate one.
Strategic Leadership – Strategic Leaders have the ability to influence
other team members to willingly take decisions that enhance the
prospects of the long-term success of the organization by keeping in
mind short time financial stability. This type of Leadership style can be
treated as one of the best Leadership styles as strategic thinking plays an
important role in making a Business successful.

Transformational Leadership – Transformational Leadership is


defined as a Leadership approach in which a leader works with his team
to identify the most needed change. This type of leadership style is
always transforming and improving upon the Company’s conventions.
This highly encouraged leadership quality motivates the employees to
see what they are capable of.
