CONCLUSION

The Nobu Hotel Manila enjoys a good working connection with its staff because they understand
that loyal employees are just as important to them as their regular customers. They demonstrate this by
providing enjoyable and stimulating work environments for their employees through a range of
initiatives including volunteer work, the Mr. and Ms. City of Dreams Manila pageant, the A Spoonful of
Dreams activity, which aims to assist orphan children and connect dreams, which aims to assist senior
citizens and others. The workers themselves offered to give food and talked to the customers. They
stand committed to making a beneficial influence on the community as well as for themselves, and their
support of employee well-being and productivity greatly aids in the development of their multifaceted
abilities. Additionally, it gives them the chance to take a short break from their profession and build
relationships with both the hotel's family and staff as well as other guests. Because they are properly

the firm, hotel, or restaurant. Although many people worked and served safely in the Nobu hotel, it was
also given different wishes when it was a holiday. The Nobu hotel's employees also received good
treatment, which they enjoyed. They also provided it with a variety of activities and a planned vacation,
both of which the staff members enjoyed, so they were successful in their approach to the Nobu hotel
chain.
