Module 1
Introduction

My dear friend
Hey, did you know that I cried all
night long last night? Well now you know. I also just stayed in bed
all day, eating whatever I wanted. And at noon I watch the series
called Vampire diaries. And when I feel like I need to wash the
dishes, I wash them.

I feel really empty all the time, why? Oh because my crush


ghosted me. I self loathe every 15 minutes. Sometimes when I look
in the mirror I see a person who is very unproductive because of
the pandemic.

I don't know why I feel that way all the time. Maybe I just kind
of wanna cry and die simultaneously.

APPLICATION

Today you learned that our reactions to the stressful events of Pandemic or
any other form of disaster was normal and valid. How does this new learning
that my reactions and feelings toward Covid-19/disaster were normal after all
help me?
- It feels okay because we also did this last year.
How can you apply this learning to your life especially after experiencing such a
pandemic?
- I try not to be depressed and stay off the internet.
Module 2

What do you feel? What do you think was the point of Catching, Checking
and Changing your feelings?
- It helps me calm the freak down. It helps me control my emotions.
What was the reason why you had to reframe your thoughts?
- To make my thoughts clear and meditate.

APPLICATION

How can you apply your newfound knowledge to your daily life? After
going through the activity, I learned that the feelings that I CAUGHT
could be...something more than ordinary feels.

After a while, I CHECKED the feelings and realized that I could...be who I am for my
pride.

And so I CHANGED my feelings into the following: happy, joyful, calm

- It is important because it can cause less problems to the whole family.
