1. Line dancing lift mood and ease anxiety, can reduce pain and stiffness, and
builds social bond.

2. Lift mood- Dancing and other movements allow a person to express themselves
and let loose.
Eases anxiety- The physical movements of dance have been shown to ease
anxiety and depression. Much like aerobic exercise, dance provides relief from
stress and tension.

3. As for myself, I tend to get up early to feed our ducks and chickens. After that, I
felt delightedness as I have fulfilled my morning tasks. So, this one shows
psychosocial benefit as it helped me to loosen up and reduce my stress by feeding
the ducks and chickens.
