GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Conduct a structural analysis and environmental driving forces audit for your chosen
organization in the earlier performance tasks.
2. For the structural analysis, identify each environmental force's strength (strong, moderate,
weak) over the firm. Provide an analysis of why each force is classified as strong, moderate,
weak. Consider factors discussed on Pages 4-5 of the handout. See the example below.
3. For the environmental audit, determine three (3) environmental factors that affect your
