In consideration of the Policyholder named herein paying to the Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter called the Insurer) the premium as
stated in the Schedule and in reliance up on the statements made by the Policyholder in the proposal including its attachments or otherwise, and the material
incorporated therein, the Insurer agrees to provide insurance against loss damage liability or expense to the extent and in the manner herein provided subject to all
terms, conditions, exceptions and warranties hereinafter set forth.

Interest Insured : Upon lawful goods and/or merchandise suitably packed for
the transit of every description, principally lighting fixtures and components,and similar merchandise,usual and and incidental to
the business of the Insured.
Voyage Transit : Import: From anywhere in the world to anywhere in India. Tail end transit of CIF imports: From any Indian port / ICDs to
anywhere in India.
Export: From anywhere in India to anywhere in the world.
FOB/ C&F Exports: From anywhere in India to any Indian port as per FOB Clause. Cover is thence extended under Seller s
Interest Clause.
Inland: From anywhere in India to anywhere in India.
Note1: Excluding shipments to/ from Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Sudan, North Korea, Cuba, Somalia, Syria.
In respect of road/ rail shipment to Nepal, Bangladesh & Pakistan cover to terminate on insured cargo reaching Indian border &
coverage from these countries to start on commencement of transits within Indian territory.
Coverage for shipmentsto countries in Africa to terminates at air port/ sea port of Discharge & coverage from African countries to
start post loading of cargo at port of loading in vessel/ aircraft.
Coverage is subject to sanctions clause which excludes any cover which has exposure to any sanction, prohibition or restriction
under United nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of European Union, United Kingdom or
USA or countries prohibited by Indian Govt.
Note 2: Unless agree upon coverage under the policy will not exceed liability of insured as per invoice INCOTERMS.
Note 3: There is no coverage for War, Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotion Risks, for all transits to, from and within Ukraine,
Ukraine territorial waters, Russian Black Sea territorial waters, Sea of Azov, Russian Black Sea ports, Sea of Azov ports and
Russian territories within 200kms of the Ukrainian border.

Basis of valuation : a) All goods and/or merchandise, except those specifically
provided for elsewhere herein, to be valued: At amount declared or as noted in the Assured s files but not less than CIF plus 10%,
Sales Price or Replacement Cost whichever is higher. OR Amount required by instructions received by the Assured or at the
amount declared, provided such instructions or declarations are made prior to any known or reported loss or accident, but in no
event to be less than the foregoing.b) Shipmentsof prototypesvalued at replacementcost, less designing,engineeringand research
expenses, if actually replaced within two years, otherwise the salvageable value immediately prior to loss of damage. (c) Used
Machinery/return shipment : Market depreciated value. (d)New and/or refurbished and/or machinery and aircraft equipment under
service contract and warranty, regardless of shipping / INCO terms noted on commercial documents, shall be valued at the actual
cost to The Assured to replace same with an item of like kind and quality if available, but if not replaced, then at the book value of
the item as maintained in the accounting records of The Assured or relevant supporting documentation, whichever is higher.

Excluding losses due to rust, oxidation & discoloration unless caused perils covered by ICC B / ITC - B clauses.
For imported shipments purchased on CIF basis/or similar terms as per which overseas voyage has to insured by seller is covered
under this policy for inland transit in India as per ITC (B) clause + SRCC + Non-Delivery of entire consignment.
Excluding losses due to mechanical, electrical & electronic derangement unless accompanied with external, visible & physical
damage to insured cargo.
Returns are covered as per ITC - B/ ICC - B clauses + War + Strike + Non-Delivery of entire consignment.
Coverage for used machinery is free of particular average (ie partial loss are not covered for used machinery)
Survey warranty for ODC Cargo :- It is a condition of policy that the insured is obligated, where "Over Dimension Cargo" are
involved, "ODC" being defined elsewhere in this policy of insurance, to advise underwriters of the loading and shipment of such
"ODC" at least three (3) working days prior to such loading and shipping. The purpose of these required advices is to afford
underwriters the opportunity to arrange, at the discretion of underwriters, at cost of insured, proper loading and stowage surveys as
also to approve conveyance suitability.
Failure to adhere to this warranty shall not affect this insurance except as respect to the individual shipment(s) concerned. This
insurance will continue in full force and effect for all other shipments complying with the survey warranty.
In the event of a breach of the Survey Warranty, the policy coverage for that particular cargo shipment will cease and any claim
arising from such shipment will not be covered under this policy. However this will not impact the other shipmentswhere the survey
warranty has/will be complied with.
In any event should the Assured subsequently comply with the stated Survey Warranty terms, then from the date of compliance as
evidenced by the issuance of an Approved Surveyor s inspection certificate the full policy coverage will be reinstated.
ODC are defined as all equipment, plant and materials which would have one or more of following characteristics:
- Any item which including packing does not fit inside a standard 40 container or equivalent road trailer, thus having dimensionsin
excess of 12m in length and/or 2.5 m wide and/or 2.5 m high.
- Any item including packing with a weight in excess of 20 MT.
- Any item which requires special handling due to its characteristics, and/or centre of gravity off balance, irregular footprint.
- Any item which involves special requirements for lashing and securing.
- Non-containerized On-Deck cargo
- Barge movement

only).JOINT EXCESS LOSS CYBER LOSSES CLAUSE (JX2020-007) Notwithstandingany other term of this Contract save for
Clause 2 below, in no case shall this Contract cover loss, damage, liability, or expensedirectly or indirectly caused by or contributed
to by or arising from the use or operation of an Information Technology Device as a means for inflicting harm. Where this clause is
endorsed on policies covering risks of war, civil war, revolution, rebellion, insurrection, or civil strife arising therefrom, or any
hostile act by or against a belligerent power, or terrorism or any person acting from a political motive, Clause 1 shall not exclude
losses which would otherwise be covered arising from the use of any Information Technology Device in the launch and/or guidance
system and/or firing mechanismof any weapon or missile. Where the use or operation of an Information TechnologyDevice was not
used as a means of inflicting harm, any ensuing loss, damage, liability or expense shall be excluded unless a physical peril named in
the Information Technology Hazards Clause within JELC CL432 (16/10/2017) was also a significant cause of a loss. In such case
this Contract shall cover the loss, damage, liability or expense in accordance with but only to the extent provided for in that Clause,
whether that Clause form s part of this Contract or not.
For the purposes of this clause, an InformationTechnology Device shall mean any computer system,hardware, software,programme
code, data, process, virus, information repository microchip, integrated circuit or similar device in or connected with computer
equipment or non-computer equipment, whether the property of a direct insured or not.
COMMUNICABLE DISEASE EXCLUSION (Cargo) 1. Notwithstandingany provision to the contrary within this insurance, this
insurance does not insure any loss, damage, liability, claim, cost or expense of whatsoever nature caused by, contributed to by,
resulting from, arising out of or in connectionwith a CommunicableDisease or the fear or threat (whether actual or perceived) of a
Communicable Disease regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence thereto.
2. As used herein, a CommunicableDisease means any disease which can be transmitted by means of any substance or agent from
any organism to another organism where:
2.1. the substance or agent includes, but is not limited to, a virus, bacterium, parasite or other organism or any variation thereof,
whether deemed living or not, and
2.2. the method of transmission, whether direct or indirect, includes but is not limited to, airborne transmission, bodily fluid
transmission, transmission from or to any surface or object, solid, liquid or gas or between organisms and
2.3. the disease, substance or agent can cause or threaten bodily injury, illness, damage to human health, human welfare or property.

Sanction Limitation and Exclusion Clause
We shall not be deemed to provide cover and shall not be liable to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder to the extent
that the provision of such cover, payment of such claim or provision of such benefit would expose that to us to any sanction,
prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions,laws or regulations of the European
Union, United Kingdom or United States of America.

INSTITUTE STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR CARGO CONTRACTS, 1/4/82

1. This contract is to insure the subject-matter specified for the transits and on the conditions named shipped by or for account of
C2236401 or the insurance of which is under their control as selling or purchasing agent unless insured elsewhere prior to inception of
this contract or to insurable interest being acquired.

2. This contract does not cover the interest of any other person, but this shall not prevent a transfer of the insurance by the Assured or
Assignee.

3. It is a condition of this contract that the Assured are bound to declare hereunder every consignment without exception, the Company
being bound to accept up to but not exceeding the amount specified in clause 4 & 5 below.

4. Notwithstanding anything to contrary contained in this contract the limit of the insurer liability in respect of any single carrying
conveyance involved in one accident or series of accidents arising from the same event shall not exceed the amount mentioned below.
Shipment values exceeding this limit unless prior notice is given to the company suitable amendments have been made in the policy
insured will be self-insurer and for partial losses condition of average will be applicable at time of claim.

5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this contract the insurer's liability in respect of any one accident or series
of accidents arising from the same event in any one location shall not exceed amount of Rs. 79247400. This donates accumulation
of all shipments at any one place at any one time. If such accumulations do take place exceeding the location limit, unless prior
notice is given to the company & suitable amendments have been made in the policy, condition of average will be applicable at
time of claim.

9. This Institute Clauses referred to herein are those current at the inception of this contract but should such clauses be revised during the
period of this contract, and provided that the Company Shall have given at least 30 days notice thereof, then the revised Institute
Clauses shall apply to risks attaching subsequent to the date of expiry of the said notice.
