IZHAR steel is the largest Pakistani company furnishing pre-engineered steel building (PEB)

Izhar Steel is authorized to authorized to procure ASME certified equipment (U&S, PP, A

Design:

The First Contract was made for architectural design with Aedas Company. Aedas is an
architectural firm with eleven International offices founded by the Welsh architect Keith
Griffiths. Aedas provides services in architecture, interior design, urban design, master
planning and graphic design. After the initiation was done they contacted Izhaar Group of
Companies as per feasibility report. In the feasibility report client mentioned feasibility for:

 Initial expenses
 Anticipated profitability
 5000 people can visit per day and 50% will be potential customers
 Rental value

After this engineering studies were done to measure the compatability tests for the land soils

MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing:

A Legal Contract between Izhaar Group & Packages was signed. Purchase of Relevant
Materials for construction was done. MEP (Mechanical, Engineering & plumbing) was done
within 6-8 Months. In this project MEP Solution is involved in the following:

 Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of internal electrification.

 Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Lighting Control & Occupancy
Sensing. Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Standby Power
Generation System.
 Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Ups & Central Battery System.
 Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Grounding & Lighting Protection
System. Complete Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Fair Alarm,
FM200 Fire Suppression, and Telephone.
 Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of Parking Guidance System.

Quality checks were done along with audits and any further adjustments that were required.
Project Moved onto next phase of Finishing which was done by a multinational company.

Fire Alarm system: Izhar Construction Company also installed an innovative fire alarm
system which is “Hydrant Pressurized Water Lines” to assist in emergency. In this system the
water can be immediately thrown over fire through the hose pipe
