Question No. 1:
What is your goal for the next 5 years? To easily set your goal follow the SMART method.

that you can keep track of your progress and avoid losing the most important part of
achieving your goal.
c. A for Achievable or Attainable – Make sure you can really accomplish your goal within a
certain timeframe
d. R for Relevant – Your goals should align with your values and long-term objectives
e. T for Time Based – Set a realistic ambitious end-date for task prioritization and
motivation.
With this, you are now guided how you will set your goal for the next 5 years. You can set your
short term and long-term goals for this activity.

My short term goals is to deliver my second born in safety way I can and to finish my als,
Because this can lead me in my long term goals like to be a registered engineer someday, to build my
own house, to have a stable job for me to provide children’s needs. And most specially is to be the best
version of myself. I know 5 years is not enough to set all these things up but I’m looking forward to
achieve this for my future and for my family also.
